1. LGPD

We process personal data under Brazilian Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD), with a legal basis, specific purpose and recorded consent. Data subjects may exercise all Article 18 rights via the DPO's e-mail.

2. Consumer Protection Code

We comply with the Brazilian Consumer Code (Law 8,078/1990): 7-day withdrawal right, legal warranty, clear price and terms disclosure, and accessible support channels.

3. Anti-corruption

We adhere to Law 12,846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Act). We forbid bribery, fraud and undue advantages to public or private agents, with a confidential whistleblowing channel.

4. Tax

We issue electronic tax documents and collect taxes under the applicable federal, state and municipal law for sales, rental and logistics operations.
