Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy (LGPD). Registration requires a valid CPF or CNPJ, verified by check digit.

2. Purchases (e-Commerce)

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL) and re-confirmed server-side at order time. Payment methods: upfront, invoiced, bank slip, PIX, credit card, debit card and corporate courtesies. Stock is reserved upon order confirmation.

3. Rentals (e-Rent)

Rental contracts of 6, 12, 24 or 36 months with a fixed monthly fee. At the end of the term, equipment pickup is scheduled via free reverse logistics. Renewal may be requested before expiry.

4. Delivery and reverse logistics

Tracked deliveries across Brazil (PVLLOG code). Withdrawal returns within 7 calendar days (Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code) and defect exchanges under warranty. Reverse pickup is scheduled through the platform.

5. Warranty and support

Products carry the 90-day legal warranty (Consumer Code) plus the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and support tickets are opened in the customer area, with an SUP protocol.

6. Reviews

Authenticated customers may rate, at any time, customer service, product, service and supplier (1 to 5 stars). Offensive or fraudulent reviews may be removed.

7. Intellectual property

Brand, layout, texts and images belong to Passos Consultoria Oficial or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial use is forbidden.

8. Jurisdiction

The consumer's home jurisdiction is elected, under the Brazilian Consumer Code, to settle disputes arising from these Terms.
